In some towns, such as Khorramshahr and Susangerd, the State Security Forces (SSF) opened fire to prevent the protests from spreading.

Residents of the town of Bostan in Dasht-e Azadegan, west of Ahvaz, chanted: “We will not accept humiliation,” to protest the lack of water due to the transfer to others. cities.

In Hamidiyeh, people gathered in the streets, despite the strong presence of SSF repressive forces. They chanted slogans against regime officials and protested against the continued water cutoff. The SSF failed to disperse the young and angry protesters and withdrew as the rally spread.

Meanwhile, protesters from Qalekana’n (Ahvaz) district, Mahshahr Road to Bandar Imam and Shadegan closed the roads by burning tires.

Last night and tonight Mostafa Na’imavi, 26, Qassem Khozeiri (17) and Ali Mazraeh were killed in Shadegan (Fallahiyeh), Kut Abdullah and the Zovieyeh region in Ahvaz, respectively. Several others were injured.
